How to Apply:

1. Submission of an application letter.
2. Duly filled Permanent Residence Application Form (Form 23), signed, and stamped by a Magistrate/Commissioner for Oaths.
3. Access and fill Category A - Questionnaire for Intending Applicants during the online application.
