Before You Apply:

• Application for children of Kenya Citizens born outside the country with foreign citizenship.

Requirements:

• Application letter.
• Duly filled permanent residence application form (form 23), signed and stamped by Magistrate/Commissioner for oaths.
• Category C - Questionnaire for Intending Applicants (generated during online application).
• Certified copies of the birth certificate.
• Certified copies of parents' birth certificates/Kenya Passport(s)/Identity Card(s) (proof of Kenyan citizenship).
• Certified copy of the current passport.
• 2 passport size photographs (soft copy required during application).
• Police Clearance Certificate.

• Processing Fee (Non-refundable): Kshs 10,000
• Issuance Fee (Payable once on approval): Kshs 500,000

Note: Applicants may qualify for Kenyan citizenship by birth.
