Application Process:
1. Online Form (
Form 25): Complete the online application form, print it for reference, and track your applications
2. Cover Letter: Provide two detailed and signed cover letters from the employer, organization, or yourself. Address it to the Director of Immigration Services.
3. Required Documents:
- Copy of a valid national passport.
- Two recent passport-size colored photos.
- Current immigration status if already in the country.
- Translated copies of foreign language documents by the Embassy, Public Notary, or authorized institution.
- Copies of any previous permits or passes held.
- Recommendation letter from the Department of Refugee Affairs.
Important Notes:
- Knowingly misleading an Immigration Officer is an offense (Section 53(1)(a) of Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Act, 2011).
- Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- Additional documents may be requested.
- Employers must report cessation of employment within fifteen days, committing an offense if they fail to do so.
