A dully filled, signed online application. You will print out the form at the end of the application for Re-entry pass.
The original passport of the dependant and a copy of the same
The original and copy of work permit if the principal is a resident
The original and copy of Kenyan passport if the principal is a Kenyan
The original and copy of dependant pass
Maximum issue period is 2 years
